Easter Vigil, Bakersfield
The wife and I spent Easter with my family as my sister was receiving her sacraments of baptism, confirmation and communion at the Easter Vigil mass. The mass was beautiful and I'm proud of my sister for having the courage to take up Catholicism as an adult. Neither of us were raised Catholic but we both found our own ways into the church (I received confirmation and communion back in 1999).

Women's Gymnastics
Through a friend I was able to get on the floor for a gymnastics meet at UCLA. It was a lot of fun to roam around and take pictures but sports photography is hard work.
